Orders & Confirmations:


Before placing an order, sellers are required to check our inventory daily to ensure product availability. The Company shall not be held responsible if an order is placed for an out-of-stock item. Orders placed with the Company are subject to acceptance and confirmation by the Company via electronic mail. 


The Company reserves the right to decline any order. Prices of goods shall be those ruling at the date of delivery. Any Value Added Tax payable in respect of the goods supplied under these conditions will be borne by the customer.



Supply/Delivery:


The Company will facilitate delivery by dropping off the item at the designated delivery service. Sellers are responsible for creating the delivery label and providing product details. The Company shall not be liable for any delivery delays, damages, or lost items. Time of delivery is not of the essence of the contract. Goods are delivered to an address designated by the customer within the United Kingdom.



Liability:


Goods supplied by the Company are not tested or sold as fit for any particular purpose unless otherwise stated. The Company's liability to the Customer arising under, out of, or in connection with the contract of the goods supplied shall not exceed the invoice price of the particular goods concerned.



Returns:


Returns are accepted, provided the product is in unpacked and fresh condition. For used or other return issues, sellers are responsible for the return item. A small charge may apply for the return of items in fresh condition. Refunds will only be issued for fresh condition return items. 


Customers must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending back any items. Returns will not be accepted for merchandise that is not in its original packaging and used, except in the case of manufacturers' defects.



Refunds:


Refunds will be issued within 21 days of receipt, processing, and acceptance of the return. Payments made by cheque will be credited within 14 days. We will assess the overall condition of the item being returned and will issue a credit accordingly. Once your return has been received, processed, and accepted, we will refund your money within 21 days.

If you have paid by cheque, your account will be credited within 14 days. We will receive the return, but if you want to get a refund for the return, then the product must be unpacked and in fresh condition. For use or any other return issues, sellers are responsible for the return item. A small charge may apply for the return of items in fresh condition.
